Perception

Perception! We are normally judge a people from their external appearance without any understanding. But actually, we can't simply judge others through our first perception. It just like a box, when we meet someone, the first impression is based on the surface of the box, but actually, the box has different surface, which means if we turn over the box to different side, we could the difference. Someone who beautiful does not means she is good, someone who looks normal, simple, does not means that she is bad.

I always told myself, do not judge others by their external appearance, but its actually quite hard. We always think that we are right. When I saw someone who made a tattoo on his or her hand, I will think that they are gangster, their attitude are not good. In fact, some of them who had their tattoo are actually very kind and friendly. So, do remember that, do not judge others by their external appearance. =)

The following sentences is taken out from [Honk! If you're Malaysian]- Author, Lydia Teh.

English: Would you turn off the fan?
Manglish: Off the fan.

English: Oh dear, I'm going to be in deep trouble.
Manglish: Die.

English: Would you be so good as to turn on the tap please? Of course!

Manglish: Can on the tap-ah? Can!

English: Hi, Lucy. Haven't seen you for a long time. How are you?
Manlish: Hi, Lucy. Long time no see. So how?

English: Would you happen to have some coins? May I borrow 50 sen, please?
Manglish: Got coins or not? Can lend 50 sen-ah?

English: Siva, you seemed to have lost some weight.
Manglish: Siva, you gone down oredi.

English: These durians are really good!
Manglish: Best-lah the durian!

English: I'm not in the mood for a movie.
Manglish: No mood for movie-lah.

English: It's not necessary for you to trouble yourself.
Manglish: No need!

English: Why is that idiot honking away?
Manglish: That idiot horn for what?

English: Baby, why aren't you wearing your pants? You should be ashamed of yourself.
Manglish: Baby, why you no wear pants? Shame-shame-lah.

English: What are you talking about? That's absolutely ridiculous!
Manglish: You talk what? Rubbish-lah!

English: I have yet to pay the fine.
Manglish: Norchet pay fine.

Holiday Part 2!

As I mention in my previous blog, I went Port Dickson and Perak, today I'm going to talk about traditional wedding at my hometown- Perak, Sitiawan. Since I was standard 2, I moved from Perak to KL. That's why, I didn't know much about the custom of wedding at my hometown. And last week, we went back to Perak again because we have been invited by my dad's aunt, her daughter's wedding.
The wedding was having opposite a temple, buddha temple... =)
Ballon as their wedding theme...=)
2 of them have to cross over the ballon... =)

And I found something very different, compared to KL, usually KL will start the dinner late than the time, but Perak, was very puntual. =) And one more things, they provided plastic bag for us to "da bao" [mean take away] the food which we can't finish. This is the special place between wedding dinner and KL and Perak.

P/S: CTS, English~ Tomoro! T_T!

At first, I know I'll be going to Port Dickson for 2 days, and going back to Perak for next 3 days, I felt so sad because I have to leave my assignment and homework aside, have to waste my 5 days holiday to the trip and can't do anything on my assignment, I was so sad! Idol! =)

I'm thinking of some topic to post to my human communication's blog, but then suddenly, I think of something, something and someone who I admired long time ago until now. Due to my time management, I forced to forget about the someone. That is my favorite band, Mayday! =P!

They are rock! =P!

Last few months, I still remembered there was a sunny day~ Bla bla bla~ xD! I went Sungai Wang for their mini concert on 1st of March! The scenario of that day still running in my mind, that was awesome man! =P! They came Malaysia to promote their concert, and I used up my half month salary to buy that concert ticket! It cost me RM430!!! But it's ok. at least I know it worth! =)

Then, 29th of April, that was their concert, at Genting, that was my first time. =) Awesome man! "M"ayday represent "M"agic, freedo"M", i"M"agine, "M"usic, and finally "M"ake "M"usic not war! So peaceful! =) Okay, get back to human communication. They are human, and I am human too, of course related to human communication. =P! [Kidding]

Since the day they were sign their signature for me, I still remembered our conversation, with the member I love the most, I shaked hand with him.

I said: "Ashin!! Thanks!!" =)

Ashin: "How are you? Thanks yea!" =)

Oh my god! I was like, why is he so adorable and friendly!!! I love him even more after that.

This is Ashin! He is so adorable right?! =P!

After their concert, I have no chance to meet with them, because they are from Taiwan, I can only search their news from internet, and from their blog. I know their news from tv and radio. What I want to mention here is, we did interpersonal communicate at the moment! [I meant between Ashin and me, xD]. And they did mass communication too! =)

It is now 11.54pm, and I done my blog for this week! Tomorrow I'm going to Port Dickson with my family, and after that will be Perak, so I will not update any blog here until I get back to here! =)!

Happy Hari Raya again to Mr. Murali, and my classmate! =)! Bye bye! Enjoy yea! ^.^

Steamboat!

According to wikipedia, steamboat refer to a variety of dishes eaten throughout East Asia, where ingredients are cooked in a simmering pot of broth at the table. Muahahaha~ Let's go back to my topic!

I had my delicious steamboat dinner with my family! =P!

Yeap! Delicious! It was so delicious! It was delicious not because of the food,it was because of the homey atmosphere.

Since I've started my 2nd semester, I spent time more time at college than at home. My family will always go out for dinner during Friday, Saturday and Sunday but I seldom follow, it is because I have plenty of assignment and presentation to do nowadays, mid-term coming soon. That is why I always missed out the chance to have dinner with my family.

Yesterday, I was so happy because finally I can enjoyed my dinner with my family! TvT! I'm so touched! We were all sitting together, waiting for the food, drink the herbal teh that cooked by my mom, talking to each others. The atmosphere warmth up my heart! =)! I've been lost the feeling since 1 month ago! T_T! And finally I found it back! Thanks Mama and Papa~ Heehee!

My dad was finally has a chance to talk to me, what I meant by "talk" is ask something about what am I doing recently at college, how is my life and bla bla bla... He asked me a lot about my college life, because I'm always stay in my room and doing my staff for whole day. He told me must learn to manage my time properly, and some advises to me too.

There was no communication between me and the food, [especially mushroom! I Love mushroom!] because I just ate it without telling the food: "I'm going to eat U!". Hahahahaha! But there was a communication between me and my family, we communicate through the steamboat dinner! =)! Yup! It was really a perfect and wonderful dinner for me! =)

P/S: I have to stop here because I need to rush to Accounting class! =P!

Have a N.I.C.E day!
Selamat Hari Raya!

Leadership Camp =P

Yes! Leadership camp! Everyone of HMC students should know the camp because this is a compulsory for everyone. I've went there last week! It was awesome! =)! Like it very much! But the activities there was too rapid, I was so tired on that day, anyway, I still enjoyed the camp and understand lack of time of the organizer.

Even though it just a camp, but I still can involved the camp in my Human Communication blog! =)! Firstly, we have been separated to 8 groups. Every group has 9 or 10 members, I was in group 2! =)! Let's see my group logo, it's special, funny, and awesome!

Yup! You're right! That's my group logo and name! S.A.L.T.Y F.I.S.H! Don't you think this is special? =P! Yup! What I want to mention here is, within 10 members, we were all giving our own opinion and finally this is the 1 which chosen from 10 of us! Small group communication! I was so glad to join in this group among all of the group, we were communicate well to each others, always cooperate with each others.

Another things is, I can go with my friends! =)! Last semester, we were build a strong relationship between few of us, I felt so happy that I went there with them! =)! I enjoyed every moment that spent with them especially breakfast, lunch, and dinner because all of us were in the different group and that is the only time we can really sit down, chit chatting with each others. =)
This is also considered as small group communication right?! =P!

And this camp is also involved a lot of Intrapersonal Communication too! It was so scary when you were standing alone at the jungle! T_T! That was the first activity for first day, jungle drop, I was so scared and trying to calm down myself when I was standing alone there and looking at others people going far away from me, the light getting dimmer and dimmer, I started think that something was beside me, "something"! I trying to calm myself, I can't sit down because I scared of insect, then I started to think about what should I do after my camp, I think of Critical Thinking because Monday I'm the first 1 who present, I haven't think anything yet for the presentation. The time passed so slow, after I think all of the presentation content, they are still haven't come and pick me! T_T! I started count number, from 1, I expect them come and pick me up after 10 minute, yup! Thanks God! When I counted until 625, they came! Finally they came! =)! I did a lot of intrapersonal communication when I was alone! And it could overcome my fear! =)!

And another activity on the next day, the high rope! I was so scared! And I was keep telling myself that, that is a rope holding me, if fall down they will save me! =P! And I successfully cross over the high rope! =)

I was really enjoyed in the camp, but I was really exhausted after came back from there, and I've bitten by the big fat mosquito. T_T! It was a awesome and tiring camp, but I do appreciate the time and everything! =)!

Last but not least, Nicholas~ Where's your post? =P! Faster post your blog to our blogspot! I'm waiting for it, =P!

Good Night everyone! =)
